Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Heritage Passports S.A. (“HP”) are strictly non-refundable once paid.

If HP, at its sole discretion, decides not to proceed with a specific service, the Client will be refunded only for the portion of services not performed, minus any administrative costs.

No refunds will be issued for government fees, donations, or payments made to third parties.

Cancellations are not permitted after payment unless explicitly authorized in writing by HP.
